Set in Dammam KSA, the West Avenue development is a proposal for a mixed-use ‘life-style’ project with both day and night presence. The program is anchored by a 200-key hospitality & serviced apartment structure with adjacent programs including retail, F&B, community services, and entertainment. The project completes an existing strip mall, defining West Avenue as a 'destination street’ with a creative public elevated landscape park over a single layer of underground parking. The West Avenue Development will act and serve the surrounding neighborhoods as a community center which is lacking in this area of Dammam.
