Building on the established exterior schematic design development direction by HOK/DC, c2architecture studio continued the design development, construction documents, and construction administration for the building envelope of the KAPSARC Masjid in Saudi Arabia

Our interior strategy demonstrates understanding of the design intentions and extends them to address issues of culture, society, aesthetics, and the environment. Our proposal creates a poetic series of overlays and insertions carefully articulated to celebrate the sky, earth, faith, and the body.
